Lovers love and advice in a sweet letter
To My Dear Anik,
As white as these flowers are, my love for you
has the purest intention. My soul has always reminded me: You are to love him
not to hate him. Everytime I get down and look at myself telling me. Why
am I loving a person whom I am not sure of his love for me, coz i always hear
impossibility from him. I see things you see between us but the heart made the
bridge to connect us both. God maybe has a reason why. Whatever it is. I
leave it to Him.
Anyhow, I am here because my soul has asked me
to bring good tidings for you from the heaven which you call Jana.
Get rid of the wall in front of us and hear me
as I talk.
I don’t know if this line is familiar to you
because for me ...it is since it is written in the Book of life which we call
the Bible.
A Time for Everything…
There is
a time for everything,
and a season for every
activity under the heavens:
2 a
time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time
to uproot,
3 a
time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a
time to build,
4 a
time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time
to dance,
5 a
time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time
to refrain from embracing,
6 a
time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to
throw away,
7 a
time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a
time to speak,
8 a
time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time
for peace.
My dear and my love. Somehow I understand your
eagerness in learning new knowledge and proving yourself to anyone how good you
are. But dear, when it’s not time...learn to be patient with yourself...do not
force something. It might die in the process or have terrible result.
I am happy how excited you are joining those
competition. I never thought it is a competition that was why I helped you BUT
when I found out that its a competition. I felt bad. Why ? because dear, have I
only known that its a competition. I won't put you in a situation where you
will be put in embarrassment in the future days. I don't want you to be
questioned WHY and experience disqualification because that would hurt you for
sure, when it is very clear that your level is still “Low”. To join a
competition like the WYEC your level has to be C1 or a C2 in the CEFR .

I am not discouraging you. I see a lot of
potentials in you. BUT my love IT IS NOT YET TIME for you...and you need to
accept things as they are. SOON, when you continue learning and exposing
yourself to the language. Then maybe, You’ll be able to reach C1 Or C2 level
but for now dear you are on the process of going there. Okay :)
Being proud is good but too much of it is
already on the evil side, denying your capacity too is denying of the God given
talent ALLAH has given you. I love you so that is why I’m taking this time for
you. I am not a perfect person , I also have my own frailties but God
which you call ALLAH has allowed me to open both the Bible and the Quran to
remind you of something that can help save you…
Chapter (57) sūrat l-ḥadīd
Know that the life of the world is only play,
and idle talk, and pageantry, and boasting among you, and rivalry in respect of
wealth and children; as the likeness of vegetation after rain, whereof the
growth is pleasing to the husbandman, but afterward it drieth up and thou seest
it turning yellow, then it becometh straw. And in the Hereafter there is
grievous punishment, and (also) forgiveness from Allah and His good pleasure,
whereas the life of the world is but matter of illusion.
“There are three (types of) people to whom Allah will neither
speak on the Day of Resurrection nor look at them nor purify them, and they
will have a painful chastisement.” The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) repeated it
three times. Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) remarked: “They are
ruined. Who are they, O Messenger of Allah?” Upon this, the Messenger of Allah
(PBUH) said, “One who lets down his lower garments (below his ankels) out of
arrogance, one who boasts of his favours done to another; and who sells his
goods by taking a false oath.” (Muslim)
This Saying of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ plainly explains the destruction of one`s all good deeds
done if and when someone has made them known to others in order to attain their
appreciation. This shows that there is a great virtue in hiding one`s noble
actions from public as they are solely done for pleasing Allah SWT and not His
creations. On another account, Rasulullah ﷺ is
reported to have said:
“If anyone wants to have his deeds widely publicized, Allah
will publicize (his humiliation). And if anyone makes a hypocritical display
(of his deeds) Allah will make a display of him.”

Thus says the LORD, "Let not a wise man boast of his
wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast
of his riches;

Everything belongs to our Lord.
For by grace you have been
saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,
[All]
praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds – The Entirely Merciful, the
Especially Merciful, sovereign of the Day of Recompense. It is You we worship
and You we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path – The path of those upon
whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of
those who are astray. [Quran, 1: 1-7]
We are just channels of His grace and blessings
to ourselves and others. So there is nothing to be brag about or boast.
Everything is grace from Him.
But know that there is also time for everything.
Overconfidence my dear kills. Have you heard about the story of The kid David
and Goliath the Giant: Goliath the giant was over confident he would
defeat anyone because of his strength and size. David was Blessed by God,
equipped with his hunting skill, he killed the overconfident giant and brought
him down to earth where he laid his final rest.
Do things which you love to do not because
others asked you to do it. I’ve been doing things which I love to do but in the
past I was used to pleasing others too and it lead me to depression. Pleasing
others is a sure way to failure, coz not all the time people like our
work. And if they like it , sometimes, they don’t really show how they
appreciate it because it might boost self -esteem and they don’t like that.
Most people want to be ahead more than the rest. Life for most is a
competition, it gave birth to greed: that gave way to poverty for most people
on earth and because of that unhappiness and dissatisfaction came and ruled the
world which is not God’s purpose of our existence.
I could feel how much you wanted good things in
your life more than your brother and sister.
But hear me if your desire is to be greater than
them. Dear, it might be time to think. You can do your prayers and ask God to
teach your heart to be meek and humble and do things which is pleasing to ALLAH
than men and yourself.
In the spirit of God whom you call ALLAH.
My soul loves you,
Jane
