I am obsessed with everything Meghan Markle! She is gorgeous, confident, strong and now - an official member of the Royal Family! I loved watching all the recaps from the Royal Wedding, but what caught my attention the most was how incredibly toned her arms and shoulders looked in her reception dress!

a high-rep (20 to 25), low-weight strategy to get her fit. He said that because she was always onscreen he focused on her posture. He made it a point to include her glutes, back, and hamstrings in many of her routines in addition to plenty of core work.
Here is a routine that Meghan would do 3-4x a week alongside stretching and some cardio:
1) REAR-FOOT ELEVATED SPLIT SQUAT AND PRESS x 10 ea leg
2) SINGLE-LEG KETTLEBELL DEADLIFT x 15 ea leg
3) PLYO STEP UPS x 15 per leg
4) TRX TRICEPS EXTENSION x 15 reps
5) DOUBLE LEG LIFTS x 15
